The Asian world seem to be constantly pounded with super storms. This week Super Typhoon Haiyan has been pounding the Philippines since last Friday. It has killed at least 4 people and displaced thousands. Thousands more has been without electricity.
Many popular beach resort destinations such as Borocay is threatened by the typhoon and is forcing vacation go-ers to leave the resort early.
I have friends that live in Cebu where the typhoon has not hit as bad as other parts of the Philippines:
